IPRO Innovations Hands-On Product Labs
We are pleased to announce the addition of Hands-On Product Lab sessions to the IPRO Innovations 2012 schedule. In these interactive sessions, attendees will get the chance to actually work with IPRO software under guidance from members of the IPRO training staff. Space for these sessions is extremely limited, so we ask that you use this page to register for the top three hands-on sessions you would like to attend. Upon registration, we will send you a confirmation email containing your session date and time. Due to space constraints, the amount of registrants allowed for one session from one company may be limited. Thank you for your understanding of these high-demand sessions.
Please read the session descriptions below to determine which Hands-On Training Lab you would most like to register for:
IPRO eCapture Hands-On Lab: Basic Flex Processor Rules
The Flex Processor is the utility built into eCapture that facilitates the creation of subsets of the discovered data based on criteria such as deduplication, deNIST, keyword searching and date filtering. This session provides an excellent opportunity for those not familiar with the Flex Processor to create a complex set of filtering rules based on a “real world” scenario.
Skill Level: Beginner
IPRO eCapture Hands-On Lab: Project Setup in eCapture
Setting up jobs in eCapture properly is the cornerstone of any successful project. This training session will cover, in depth, the options associated with Discovery and Processing jobs. Attendees will be provided with a “work order” describing the project requirements; the facilitator will then assist users in making the appropriate settings for their project. Note: Neither the new “DataPorter,” nor the Flex Processor will be covered in this course.

IPRO eScan-IT Hands On Lab: Processing Electronic Discovery using IPRO eScan-IT (EDD Batches)
In this session, attendees will process a collection of emails, attachments and loose electronic files using IPRO’s desktop processing tool, eScan-IT. The course facilitator will guide users through the process of setting up an EDD batch, selecting the appropriate settings, processing the data, and creating an export volume complete with load files. This is an excellent opportunity for conference attendees with limited electronic discovery experience process ESI for the first time.
Skill Level: Beginner
IPRO Allegro Hands-On Lab: Using the Allegro Analyzer
Through a mixture of instructor led examples and hands-on exercises, this session will introduce new users to IPRO’s early data assessment tool, IPRO Allegro. Session attendees will gain practical experience using the IPRO Allegro Analyzer to organize, filter, tag and report on case data.
Skill Level: Beginner
IPRO Eclipse SE Hands-On Lab: Navigate, Search, Tag, and Redact Documents
This session will introduce new users to IPRO’s desktop review application, IPRO Eclipse SE by engaging them in a (somewhat) real-world scenario of document review. This mock review session is designed to get users acquainted with the application by providing an opportunity search, tag, redact and prepare a batch of documents for production.
Skill Level: Beginner
IPRO Eclipse Hands-On Lab: Navigate, Search, Tag, and Redact Documents
This session will introduce new users to IPRO’s Web-based review application, IPRO Eclipse by engaging them in a (somewhat) real-world scenario of document review. This mock review session designed to get users acquainted with the application by providing an opportunity search, tag, redact and prepare a batch of documents for production.
Skill Level: Beginner
IPRO Eclipse/Eclipse SE Hands-On Lab: The Production Module
The process of producing documents is becoming increasingly complex, requiring database administrators to manage production numbers, image formats, native files, redacted OCR, custom load files, and a many other factors. This hands-on lab will guide users through the multitude of options available in the production module of IPRO Eclipse – providing a hands-on experience of creating a complex document production.
Skill Level: Beginner
